Referrals: share what works.

If you've found our courses useful, the easiest way to support a colleague is to send them the link from your account. When they sign up using your referral email, we credit you 10% of every purchase they make, not just the first one.

How It Works

Every Excellence in Gyn account has a personal referral page. To find it, open My Account → Referrals. There you'll see:

• Your shareable referral link (e.g. excellenceingyn.com/?ref=your-email).
• A list of clinicians who have signed up using your link.
• Your earnings balance and payout history.

When a referred clinician registers using that link, their account is permanently associated with yours. From that point forward, you earn 10% of every course purchase they make for as long as their account is active.

How You Get Paid

Referral earnings accrue in your account dashboard in real time. You can request a payout at any time once your balance reaches $50. Payouts go out via Stripe Express on the 1st and 15th of each month. We do not charge any fee on payouts.

Who You Can Refer

You can refer any licensed or training healthcare professional. We do not pay referral commissions on accounts that you create yourself, on accounts using disposable email services, or on enrollments paid with promotional credits.

Honesty Matters

Recommend us because you genuinely find the work useful, never because of the commission. Misrepresenting Excellence in Gyn or our content to drive referrals is grounds for forfeiture of pending earnings and removal from the referral program.

Tax Reporting

Referral payouts are reportable income. If you earn more than $600 in a calendar year we will issue a 1099-NEC at year end. Please make sure your tax address is up to date in your account profile.
