Our affiliate program is built for content creators, publishers, professional organizations, and conference partners who write or speak to clinicians and want to monetize an audience they already serve.
How It's Different from Referrals
Our referral program (one tier above) is designed for clinicians who personally refer colleagues by email. Affiliates are external publishers who drive traffic with a tracking link and earn on a different model:
- Affiliates: 5% commission, cookie-based, on any purchase made within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link.
- Referrals: 10% commission, account-based, for as long as the referred account is active.
You can participate in both programs, they don't overlap.
Applying
Affiliate applications are reviewed by a person, not an algorithm. Apply at contact@excellenceingyn.com with a short note describing your audience, your channel (blog, podcast, conference, newsletter, etc.), and roughly how many clinicians you reach. Most applications are answered within 5 business days.
How Tracking Works
Once approved, you'll receive a unique link with a tracking code (e.g. excellenceingyn.com/?aff=your-code). When a visitor clicks the link, we set a first-party cookie on their browser that expires after 30 days. Any purchase made on their account within that window, even if they sign up a week later, or buy something different than what the link pointed to, is attributed to you.
What You Earn
You earn 5% of the order subtotal (excluding sales tax). Commissions accrue in your affiliate dashboard and are paid via Stripe Express on the 1st of each month once your balance exceeds $100. We do not deduct a payout fee.
What You Can't Do
The program is generous but it depends on trust. We immediately terminate affiliates who:
- Bid on our trademarked terms in paid search ads.
- Use cookie-stuffing, popup injection, or any browser extension to set the cookie without a user click.
- Misrepresent our courses, pricing, or CE credit value.
- Promote us on sites containing illegal, hateful, or fraudulent content.
Terminated affiliates forfeit pending earnings.
Reporting and Support
You'll have a live dashboard showing clicks, sign-ups, conversions, and earnings. Support questions go to contact@excellenceingyn.com, we typically answer same business day.
