Financial Policies.

What happens to your money once you click "Pay", and what to expect after.

We use Stripe to process every payment. Your card details never touch our servers, and we never see your full card number. The notes below explain the rest.

Payment Processing

All payments, including course purchases, toolkit subscriptions, and renewals, are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter your card information on our checkout page it is sent directly to Stripe's servers using a Stripe-hosted iframe. We receive a tokenized identifier and never store or transmit your full card number, expiration date, or CVC.

Currencies and Pricing

Prices on the site are listed in U.S. dollars. Stripe will convert charges to your card's billing currency at the prevailing rate; the conversion rate is set by Stripe and your card issuer, not by us.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. We collect and remit sales tax in U.S. states where we have an obligation to do so.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds.

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, including video, written material, downloadable proprietary tools, and granted CE credit eligibility, we cannot reasonably reclaim what has been consumed once a purchase completes. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Read the course description and learning outcomes before purchasing.
  • Read the full continuing education (CE) credit disclosure for requirements for successful completion of the course.
  • Email contact@excellenceingyn.com with pre-purchase questions; we will answer them before you buy.

The only exception to the no-refund policy is technical access failure on our end, if our systems prevent you from accessing content you paid for and we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days, we will refund the affected purchase in full.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer rather than contacting us first, your account access may be suspended pending resolution. Please write to us at contact@excellenceingyn.com before disputing a charge as most issues are resolved within one business day.

Receipts

Stripe emails a receipt immediately after each successful charge. If you need a formatted receipt for reimbursement, email contact@excellenceingyn.com with your order ID.
