Practice tier and above include SAML 2.0 or OIDC integration with your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD / Entra, Google Workspace, Ping). Your staff sign in with their existing institutional credentials, no separate accounts to manage. Implementation guides are included in onboarding.
At the System tier and above, yes. We co-brand the completion certificate and the toolkit handouts (your logo alongside ours, your institution name in the recipient block). ACNM accreditation language is preserved, co-branding does not affect credit acceptance.
Our courses are educational content, no PHI is collected or processed. Completion records include only the learner's name, the activity, and the completion date. A BAA is not required for the standard product. If your procurement process requires one anyway, we provide a courtesy BAA at the Practice tier and above.
Standard: Net-60 against a PO. We accept ACH, wire, check, and credit card (3% processing fee). Multi-year contracts paid annually carry a 10% discount; multi-year paid up-front carries 15%. Educational pricing is available for accredited midwifery and nursing schools.
Email contact@excellenceingyn.com with your state and the credentials your staff hold. We will confirm credit acceptance for every credential on your staff list before contract signing. If a credential is not covered, we say so up front rather than after the PO is cut.
Yes, top-up seats are billed at the same per-seat rate as your tier and pro-rated to your renewal date. No re-contracting required. New seats inherit the 24-month access window from the date they're assigned.
