We met across hospital systems, private practices, and community clinics throughout the Pacific Northwest. What we shared, beyond decades of bedside experience, was a frustration with how much essential patient care lives outside the standard curriculum.

We believe gynecologic care can be transformed when clinicians learn together. Care should integrate evidence with highly individualized approaches that center each person’s needs, preferences, and lived experience. It should elevate individual self-efficacy, honor personal knowledge, and build relationships rooted in trust, continuity, and mutual respect.
We believe education must be continuous, collaborative, and applied, moving beyond one-time learning into sustained communities where clinicians engage in shared discovery, case-based learning, and real-world implementation. Through accessible, inclusive learning environments, practical tools, and mentorship grounded in the midwifery and empowerment models, clinicians can grow in confidence to offer evidence-based care.
Every course is built using the flipped classroom model: case-based learning with low-stakes engagement and accessible asynchronous knowledge. Access synchronous case based learning as often as desired until the course CE expires.
Knowledge is not enough. Implementation essentials to overcome organizational barriers and sustain new practice are included in each course - examples of note documentation, basic coding considerations, professional resources, resource examples for patients and workflow suggestions.
In the dynamic healthcare environment, clinicians need sustained support and mentorship. Access the opportunity to join online communities of practice (CoP) to achieve clinician confidence, improved care delivery and overcome localized barriers to practice. Access communities of practice as often as desired until the CE course expires.
Enroll in a course and have immediate access to asynchronous presentations, a downloadable practice toolkit, communities of learning and available dates to sign-up for synchronous case-based learning.
Complete self-paced asynchronous presentations on your schedule. Access knowledge by listening, watching a video or reading the presentation. Sign up and attend live facilitated case-based learning sessions with a diverse cohort of clinicians.
While practice environments differ, clinicians share many of the same day to day challenges in delivering personalized, evidence-based gynecologic care. Join the Community of Excellence to share barriers to best practices and collaboratively brainstorm solutions.
The menopause transition is a universal physiological occurrence and it is also the most clinically neglected. This is the course we built to close that gap, and is a course for the clinicians who see these patients first.
